Mackay Hospital in QLD, uses telehealth to supplement its clinical specialists in a virtual locum model. The hospital leverages its investment in in-room VC hardware for the patient, but uses TeleConnect’s cross-platform transcoding to connect with specialists using their own PC or mobile device to conduct appointments.

  National Telehealth Connection Service (NTCS)

The NTCS run various telehealth programs around the country, with a particular presence in ultra-remote regions. The NTCS is able to manage all of its customers through TeleConnect’s hierarchical tenancy controls that allows for a single controllable view of all activity across the service.
